Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage warehouse operations using Zoho Books. The role involves inventory management, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and maintaining accurate warehouse records.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inward and outward stock entries.
Generate invoices using Zoho Books.
Prepare delivery challans and dispatch documents.
Maintain inventory and stock records.
Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order processing.
Ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions.
Perform stock verification and inventory reconciliation.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations.




Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP software (Tally ERP).
Experience in inventory management, invoicing, dispatch, inward, and outward processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
Experience in a paint warehouse will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners (within one week) are preferred.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
