Key Responsibilities
Source and procure engineering materials, industrial equipment, electrical, mechanical, and fabrication items.
Identify and develop recent vendors while maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Sales, and Project teams for procurement requirements.
Verify material quality, quantity, and specifications before purchase.
Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and documentation.
Track pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budgets.
Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis for management.

Required Skills
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes and purchase documentation.
Understanding of engineering materials and industrial products.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.




Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP software (preferred).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple purchase requirements.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ITI or any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
Freshers with valuable knowledge of industrial procurement are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in industrial engineering, automation, fabrication, LPG/NG gas pipeline projects, or manufacturing industries.
Strong vendor negotiation and follow-up skills.
Good organizational and documentation abilities.
