Accounts Officer

We are hiring an Accounts Officer for day-to-day accounting, documentation, reconciliation, payables, receivables, payroll data preparation, and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities
Enter sales vouchers.
Enter purchase vouchers and maintain purchase files.
Process recent purchase orders and maintain PO records.
Check bank statements and complete reconciliation for all accounts.
Record local expenses and petty cash transactions.
Prepare TDS entries and payment details, if applicable.
Maintain payables and receivables records.
Prepare monthly receivables and payables summaries.
Prepare monthly purchase and sales summaries.
Finalize payroll data including attendance, overtime, deductions, and advances.
Update OT sheets and tally attendance sheets.
Check TA forms and employee advance records.
Review bills missing in accounting portal.
Review physical missing bills and follow up internally.
Ensure all documents are filed properly and no document remains pending.

Required Candidate Profile
B.Com or relevant qualification.




1–3 years of experience in accounts preferred.
Working knowledge of Tally/Busy/ERP/accounting software.
Valuable knowledge of voucher entry, bank reconciliation, payables, receivables, and filing.
Basic understanding of TDS, payroll data, petty cash, and expense records.
Valuable Excel skills.
Should be accurate, organized, responsible, and able to complete work on time.
