Position: TIG / Argon Welder
Location: Koregaon Bhima, Pune
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-Hand)
Experience: 1+ Year

Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG/Argon welding on MS, SS, and aluminium components.
Read and understand basic welding drawings and measurements.
Ensure proper welding quality, finishing, and accuracy.
Operate and maintain welding equipment safely.
Identify and rectify welding defects.
Follow safety procedures and production standards.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in TIG/Argon welding.
Valuable knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Valuable understanding of workplace safety.
