Peraka Media is seeking a agile and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in an advertising agency, media, or digital marketing workplace with a proven ability to generate leads, build long-term client relationships, and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current business opportunities in advertising, branding, digital marketing, video production, and creative services.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Meet prospective clients, understand their marketing requirements, and propose suitable creative solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of leads,



client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in an Advertising Agency, Media Company, Digital Marketing Agency, or Creative Agency.
Strong understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media marketing, and creative production services.
Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills
Experience in handling corporate clients and marketing decision-makers.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and advertising campaigns.
Ability to prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
