Role Summary:
We are looking for a Student Counselor who will be responsible for understanding students’ learning needs, guiding them academically, and helping them choose the right learning solutions. The role involves counselling students/parents and ensuring a positive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with students and parents to understand their learning needs
Provide academic guidance and counselling sessions
Explain product features and recommend suitable courses
Address queries and build trust with students and parents
Ensure a smooth onboarding and learning experience
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid convincing and counselling skills
Problem-solving ability
Willing to work 6 days a week
Job Details:
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 0–2 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹5 LPA
Joining: Immediate
Language: Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
