A 20-year-old investment banking firm with deep roots in debt funding and a strong track record in SME and mid-market advisory. We're expanding our Private Equity deal execution team in Surat and looking for a driven Associate ready to own PE transactions from Day 1.

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 1–4 years

Deal Requirement: Minimum prior experience on 2 Private Equity deals

What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end execution of Private Equity fundraise transactions
Prepare high-quality deal collaterals — financial models, IMs, teasers, pitch books, and valuation comps for PE investors
Coordinate due diligence across legal, financial, and tax workstreams with PE funds and their advisors
Manage communication between clients, PE investors, legal advisors, and lenders
Assist in term sheet negotiation and definitive agreement processes with PE funds
Build PE deal pipeline, support investor presentations, and identify value-accretive opportunities

What We’re Looking For
Solid educational background:



CA All India Ranker / Big 4 experience / CFA Level 3 cleared / MBA from a premier institute
Minimum 1 year of front-end transaction execution at a reputed IB firm, with exposure to Private Equity deals
At least 2 Private Equity deal closure
Robust financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and client-facing skills
