Production Management
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets.
Monitor production processes and ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Ensure production schedules are followed and deadlines are achieved.
Analyze production performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity.

Quality Control
Ensure products meet required quality standards and customer specifications.
Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve quality issues.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and rework.

Team Supervision
Lead, motivate, and manage production operators and line staff.
Assign work responsibilities and monitor employee performance.
Conduct training and coaching for workers to improve skills and productivity.
Maintain discipline and promote teamwork within the production department.

Safety & Compliance




Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and promote secure working practices.
Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately.

Inventory & Resource Management
Monitor material availability and coordinate with stores and planning departments.
Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of production equipment.

Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, productivity, quality, and absenteeism.
Communicate production status and issues to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
