Job Title: OTA & Hotel Reservations Executive / Manager

Location: Udaipur
Experience: 7–10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage hotel inventory and rates across OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.)
Handle reservations, modifications, cancellations, and guest queries.
Operate Channel Manager and PMS software (IDS or similar).
Ensure rate parity and inventory accuracy across all booking channels.
Coordinate with travel agents and corporate clients to maximize bookings.
Monitor OTA performance, promotions, reviews, and revenue opportunities.
Generate reservation and occupancy reports.
Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams for seamless guest experience.

Qualification & Skills
Hands-on experience with OTA platforms, Channel Manager, IDS PMS, or similar PMS software.
Solid knowledge of hotel reservation systems and inventory management.
Valuable network with travel agents and tour operators.
Fluent English communication (written & verbal).
Robust analytical and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,826.45 per month
