Job Summary:
SV Industries is hiring a Production Head to lead and manage our precision fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, team management, quality control, and on-time delivery while driving productivity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production operations and meet production targets.
Lead and supervise the production team.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
Coordinate with quality, design, and procurement teams.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in precision fabrication or manufacturing.
Robust leadership and production planning skills.
Knowledge of fabrication processes and quality standards.
