Educational & Professional Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is essential.
Qualified certification – CA Intermediate qualified
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks).
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in audit and taxation, ideally with exposure to Big 4 firms or large corporates.
Experience in internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks is valuable.
Experience in handling notices of scrutiny, income escaping assessment and other assessments with respect to Direct Tax.
GST notices with respect to Enforcement, Vigilance and GST audit.
Technical Skills
Audit:
Planning and executing audits for medium to complex engagements.
Performing risk assessments and designing audit procedures.
Reviewing documentation and preparing final reports.
Tax:
Assisting with tax planning and compliance (Income Tax, GST, etc.).
Preparing and reviewing tax returns and supporting documentation.
Staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Leadership & Communication
Ability to coach junior staff and manage small teams.
Robust written and verbal communication skills in English.
Capable of maintaining client relationships and ensuring service excellence.
Soft Skills
