KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee complete Accounts & Finance operations
Finalization of Accounts & Coordination with Auditors
Banking & Finance Management including CC/OD limits, CMA data, term loans etc.
GST, TDS, Income Tax and ROC compliance supervision
Preparation of MIS, Cash Flow, Budgeting & Financial Reporting
Coordination with Merchant Bankers, Company Secretaries and Professionals for SME IPO
process
Ensure internal controls and compliance systems for future listed-company requirements
Liaison with banks, auditors, consultants and government authorities
DESIRED PROFILE:
Chartered Accountant (Preferred) / MBA Finance / CMA
5–10 years relevant experience in manufacturing / pharma / chemical SME sector
Exposure to SME IPO process or listed-company compliance preferred
Robust knowledge of Accounts, Audit, Banking and Statutory Compliance
Hands-on approach with high integrity and documentation discipline
Positive communication and coordination skills
Candidates having practical exposure to banking, audit coordination and SME compliance
systems will be preferred.
