Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day social media presence, primarily on Instagram.
Plan, create, and publish Instagram Posts, Reels, and Stories regularly.
Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and audience interests.
Write engaging captions and select appropriate hashtags.
Manage and grow a personal/creator-led or vlogging Instagram page.
Identify trending Reels, sounds, formats, and content prospects.
Track page growth, reach, engagement, and content performance.
Suggest current strategies to increase followers and overall page visibility.
Maintain a consistent brand/personal-page tone and visual identity.

Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Instagram posting and Reels.
Experience managing a personal Instagram page, vlogging page, creator page, or influencer page is highly preferred.
Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
Well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
