The Operations Manager will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency, high service standards, and profitability. This role plays a key part in supporting the growth of DASS’s expanding hospitality ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain quality and efficiency.
Manage budgets, optimize revenue, and monitor financial performance.
Lead, train, and motivate department heads across multiple properties.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel regulations.
Address guest concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations management.
Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
