Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with prospective students using available student data and references.
Engage with potential learners through telephonic communication and provide detailed information about programs and offerings.
Conduct counselling sessions to understand student requirements and guide them accordingly.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure effective conversion and relationship building.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage).
Robust interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
6–12 months of experience in telephonic counselling or telesales.
Prior experience in a BPO/Call center or sales setting will be preferred.

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
