Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining certification courses, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective students and specialists.

· Explain certification courses and their advantages.

· Handle inquiries and provide detailed course information.

· Follow up with interested candidates to convert leads into admissions.

· Maintain call records and update lead status in the system.

· Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

· Experience: 6 months – 2 years in telesales / telecalling / education sales.

· Valuable communication and convincing skills.

· Ability to handle sales targets.

· Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred

Experience in selling certification courses or educational programs will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
