Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in basic accounting, GST compliance, Advanced Excel, and the latest version of Tally.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
Manage bookkeeping and journal entries in Tally (latest version).
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Generate financial reports, MIS reports, and data analysis using Advanced Excel.
Monitor expenses and maintain supporting documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders when required.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping (preferred).
Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (latest version).
Good understanding of GST regulations, invoicing, and return filing.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in GST reconciliation and compliance.
Ability to prepare MIS reports and analyse financial data.
Knowledge of TDS and other statutory compliances will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
