Job Role
Deliver an exceptional fine dining experience to guests.
Take food and beverage orders with confidence and accuracy.
Recommend menu items and beverages while providing knowledgeable service.
Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar teams.
Ensure impeccable service standards throughout the guest journey.

Requirements
Experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a fine dining restaurant is preferred.
Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
Knowledge of wines and classic Italian cuisine is highly preferred.
Well-groomed with a qualified attitude and guest-first mindset.

Management Trainee (MT) Programme

Fresh graduates with a degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ambition to build a long-term career in premium hospitality.
