CTC: 7 lacs to 8 Lacs Fixed Per annum
Experience: 7 Years , team handling Experience Must
Qualification: Any Graduation
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents.
Drive sales through the Agency Channel and achieve business targets.
Provide coaching, motivation, and performance support to the advisor team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Monitor team productivity and ensure quality business generation.
Lead and manage a team to deliver consistent growth and performance.
Candidate Profile:
Solid communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Should be ready for 100% Travelling
Experience in sales, business development, or the BFSI sector will be preferred.
Ability to lead teams and work in a target-driven environment.
