Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to manage turnkey interior projects from planning and execution through final handover. The candidate should have robust knowledge of interior fit-out works and the ability to coordinate clients, site teams, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete turnkey interior projects from start to handover.
Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Supervise interior execution including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, painting, and related works.
Monitor project quality, cost, and timelines.
Resolve site and execution-related issues.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.




Coordinate material procurement and delivery with the relevant teams.
Prepare project updates and reports for management.
Ensure proper project handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements
2 years of experience in turnkey interior execution / interior fit-out projects.
Robust knowledge of interior execution and site coordination.
Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, office, hospitality, or retail interior projects

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
