Key Responsibilities
Installation & Configuration
Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, and related surveillance equipment.
Install and configure biometric attendance systems and access control devices.
Set up networking components required for CCTV and biometric systems, including routers, switches, and cabling.
Mount cameras and devices safely and securely at designated locations.
Testing & Commissioning
Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Verify camera coverage, recording quality, remote access, and biometric authentication accuracy.
Prepare installation reports and commissioning documents.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.




Replace faulty components and upgrade systems when required.
Technical Support
Provide in office and remote support to clients.
Train end users on the operation of CCTV and biometric systems.
Respond promptly to service calls and maintenance requests.
Documentation
Maintain records of installations, service visits, repairs, and inventory usage.
Submit daily work reports and status updates to management.
Compliance & Safety
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards.
Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
Maintain confidentiality of client security information.
