Job Summary
We are hiring a Tool Room Quality Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in quality inspection within a tool room or manufacturing workplace. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of precision measuring instruments, GD&T;, inspection processes, and quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Tool Room Quality Inspection to ensure components meet quality standards.
Conduct In-process Inspection during manufacturing.
Carry out Final Inspection before dispatch.
Use precision measuring instruments for dimensional inspection.
Identify defects and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Prepare and maintain quality records and inspection documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Coordinate with production and tool room teams to resolve quality issues.
Eligibility
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2–4 years in Tool Room Quality or Manufacturing Quality
Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Solid knowledge of quality inspection processes and documentation.
