We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented MBA freshers to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in sales, marketing, and corporate growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and market segments
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Assist in preparing business proposals and pricing strategies
Maintain client databases and update CRM systems
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Eligibility Criteria
MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development / International Business preferred) – Completed or Pursuing Final Year
Robust verbal and written communication skills




Positive negotiation and persuasion abilities
Basic understanding of sales funnels and market research
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Target-driven mindset with willingness to learn
