Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails
Resolve customer queries and provide quick and effective solutions
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
Handle client concerns and issue resolution professionally
Escalate unresolved issues to concerned departments
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Only experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Dehradun)
