Non-Health Insurance Surveyor (Fire, Marine & General Insurance)

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and dispatch Immediate Loss Advice (ILA) and Letter of Requirement (LOR) for allocated claims.
Maintain accurate and well-organized case files, including all relevant claim documents, reports, and correspondence.
Regularly follow up with insured clients to collect pending documents and provide timely updates to the concerned teams.
Utilize knowledge of Marine and Property Insurance policies while reviewing and assessing claims.
Review and verify all submitted documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports for both active and closed claims.
Coordinate with internal teams and departments through calls and emails to facilitate smooth claim handling and processing.

Experience Required:
1–2 years of relevant experience working as a Non-Health Insurance Surveyor in Fire, Marine, or General Insurance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
