Urbanblocks Realty runs on Zoho One across HR, CRM, Sales, Accounts, and Marketing. Core setup is largely complete — this role is not a ground-up implementation. We need a hands-on Zoho specialist to fine-tune configurations to match how our teams actually work, close gaps in current workflows, train our staff to use the applications properly, and advise us on where we're under-using or misusing the suite.
Key Responsibilities
Audit current Zoho One configuration across modules in active use and flag misconfigurations or gaps against business requirements
Customize workflows, automation rules, blueprints, custom fields, and layouts in CRM and People to match Urbanblocks' actual sales pipeline, HR processes, and approval chains
Set up/refine Deluge scripts for custom automations as needed
Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Zoho apps
Build or refine dashboards and reports for management visibility
Conduct structured training sessions for employees across departments on correct usage of their respective Zoho apps
Document configurations, workflows,
and SOPs so the internal team can maintain the system post-engagement
Recommend which underused Zoho One apps (already licensed) could add value, and where current usage is inefficient or redundant
Provide a handover plan and knowledge transfer before contract end
Requirements
2+ years hands-on experience configuring and customizing Zoho One — CRM and People experience mandatory
Working knowledge of Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs/webhooks
Experience with third-party integrations (Zoho Flow, custom API connections)
Prior experience training non-technical business users, not just IT teams
Ability to translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into system configuration — this is as much a consulting skill as a technical one
Comfortable working in office, embedded with cross-functional teams for the full engagement
Real estate or similar SME/mid-size company experience is a plus
