Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and follow-up communications
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing information
Manage the sales process from initial contact through account onboarding
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to support client success
Meet individual and team performance goals
Stay informed about company products, services,
and industry trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Previous experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities
Proficiency with CRM software and standard business applications
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
