Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and supervise Indian street food, chaat, tandoor, and curry items.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
Ensure proper mise en place and smooth kitchen operations during service.
Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and other kitchen staff.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Monitor food stocks, wastage, and portion control.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items.
Support menu preparation and contribute recent dish ideas where required.
Handle kitchen operations efficiently during busy service periods.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
