ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform customization, integrations, and ITSM modules. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Develop and support REST and SOAP integrations with third-party applications.
Configure and customize ITSM modules, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Design and enhance Service Portal components and user experiences.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.




Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
6–9 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Robust expertise in ServiceNow platform development.
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and Glide APIs.
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Experience in Service Portal development and customization.
Valuable understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
Experience with Git or version control systems is an added advantage.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Mandatory Certification
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (Mandatory)

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
