Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO professional to lead and execute advanced search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to drive organic growth, improve keyword rankings, and increase qualified traffic across multiple websites.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, and URLs
Lead technical SEO initiatives including site audits, crawlability, indexation, page speed, schema, and mobile optimization
Plan and execute link-building and off-page SEO strategies
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion metrics; prepare regular SEO performance reports
Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices
Identify SEO issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement




Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices
Mentor junior SEO executives and review their work (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3+ years of proven experience in SEO / Digital Marketing
Robust knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.)
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
Experience in content optimization and SEO-driven content planning
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling multiple websites or large-scale SEO projects
Knowledge of local SEO, eCommerce SEO, or international SEO
Familiarity with CRO, UX, and basic PPC concepts
Agency experience is a plus

Job Types: Full time, Permanent
