Job Overview:
The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for nurturing the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of young children. The role involves creating an engaging learning setting through play-based and activity-oriented teaching methods.

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Create a secure, caring, and stimulating classroom workplace.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Use creative teaching methods to support early literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
Assess and document children’s progress and share feedback with parents.
Encourage good manners, discipline, and social interaction among students.
Participate in school events, meetings,



and training programs.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / NTT / Montessori / ECCE or equivalent.
Experience or certification in the Cambridge Early years Programme preferred.
Minimum experience of 1–3 years in pre-primary or kindergarten teaching preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.
Classroom management and child observation skills.
