Design and coordinate residential and commercial developments.
Ensure compliance with Unified DCPR regulations.

RCC Consultants
Liaisoning Architects
Facade Consultants
Environmental Consultants
Landscape Consultants
Drive value engineering initiatives.
Review wind load and facade design proposals.
Coordinate municipal approval drawings.
Ensure STP and infrastructure planning compliance.
Review construction drawings for accuracy.
Optimize material specifications and wastage calculations.
Ensure design efficiency, functionality, and cost optimization.
Requirements:
Solid knowledge of Unified DCPR.
Experience in large-scale real estate projects.
Expertise in consultant coordination.
Solid understanding of MEP, RCC, Facade, and Municipal approvals.
Experience in value engineering and cost optimization.
