Aasraa Trust is looking for a passionate and experienced Career Counsellor to guide and support adolescents from marginalized communities in making informed educational and career choices.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group career counselling to students.
Conduct career awareness sessions, workshops, aptitude assessments, mock interviews, and life skills sessions.
Guide students in selecting suitable courses, streams, higher education, vocational training, scholarships, and career pathways.
Support students with college, scholarship, and vocational program applications.
Track alumni and pass-out students and maintain accurate student records.
Conduct regular community visits and engage with students, parents, schools, and other stakeholders.




Identify students at risk of dropping out and provide appropriate support and guidance.
Maintain counselling records, MIS data, reports, and other documentation.
Travel across project locations as per program requirements.

Eligibility
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in career counselling, education support, youth development, or community-based programs.
Solid communication, counselling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
Experience working with youth from undeserved communities will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
