We are seeking a skilled Digital Mock-Up (DMU) Engineer to support vehicle integration and packaging activities for automotive and commercial vehicle programs. The candidate will be responsible for conducting digital validation, interference analysis, packaging studies, and assembly feasibility reviews using CAD and DMU tools such as Siemens NX (UG NX)
Key Responsibilities
Perform Digital Mock-Up (DMU) activities for vehicle and product development programs.
Conduct packaging studies and vehicle integration reviews.
Perform:
Clash Detection
Interference Analysis
Clearance Analysis
Gap & Flush Validation
Assembly Feasibility Studies
Serviceability Analysis
Validate integration of:
Chassis Systems
Powertrain Systems
Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
Wiring Harnesses
Cabin & Interior Components
Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and validation teams to resolve packaging issues.
Create and maintain DMU reports and issue tracking documentation.
Support prototype build activities and engineering change management.
Ensure compliance with packaging standards and customer requirements.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹7,500,000.00 per year
