Job Opening – Senior Civil Engineer (Hotel Construction Project)

Position: Senior Civil Engineer
Experience: 15–20 Years
Salary: ₹50,000 per month

Job Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 15–20 years of experience in civil construction projects.
Mandatory experience in hotel construction, multi-storey building structures, and large commercial projects.
Proven experience in executing projects in hilly terrain.
Robust knowledge of earthwork, hill cutting, excavation, retaining walls, slope stabilization, and development works.
Ability to read and execute structural drawings and coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and execute the complete civil construction of the hotel project.
Manage RCC structural work, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Execute and monitor earthwork, excavation, backfilling, hill cutting, retaining walls, gabion walls, slope protection, and drainage systems.
Ensure protected construction practices for projects in hilly terrain.




Supervise development works including internal roads, pathways, parking areas, landscaping, stormwater drainage, and site infrastructure.
Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure timely execution.
Monitor project progress, labour productivity, material usage, quality standards, and construction schedules.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Resolve technical site issues and provide engineering solutions during execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and update management on project status.
Working knowledge of hotel interior fit-out and finishing works is mandatory.
Experience in coordinating and supervising interior contractors to ensure timely and quality execution.
Knowledge of luxury hotel finishing standards and coordination with architects and interior designers.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
