Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, proven sales expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a luxury retail environment. The role involves assisting customers in selecting premium jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Provide detailed product knowledge on gold, diamond, platinum, and precious stone jewellery
Handle billing coordination, customer queries, and after-sales support
Ensure visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation are maintained
Support promotional activities, festive campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Customer-oriented mindset with a pleasing personality
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail workplace
