Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, and NestJS to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have robust backend and frontend development skills and experience building high-performance, secure, and reusable code.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and NestJS
Build responsive and energetic frontend applications using React.js
Design and consume RESTful APIs
Work with databases like MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in full-stack development
Strong proficiency in Node.js and NestJS




Solid experience with React.js, Hooks, and state management
Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience with REST APIs and API integrations
Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Experience with Git / GitHub / GitLab
Understanding of JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control
Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have)
Experience with Microservices architecture
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Experience with GraphQL
Familiarity with Unit Testing (Jest/Mocha)

Qualification: B.Sc/M.SC IT, BCA, MCA/B.Tech

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kasba, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Web development(JavaScript/Nodejs): 2 years (Preferred)
