About the Role We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our fast-growing operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup workplace and is eager to gain hands-on experience across hiring, data analysis, and platform management.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Hiring & Onboarding – Source, onboard, and manage relationships with new partners
Data Analysis – Interpret partner call data to drive performance improvements
Operational Support – Ensure smooth daily functioning of the platform Requirements
Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level)
Solid attention to detail and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first mindset with the ability to multitask
Language: Telugu / Tamil (Mandatory) + any other South Indian regional language
