Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Hair Stylist to provide skilled hair care and styling services to clients. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in a salon or beauty industry and possess solid technical skills with excellent customer-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, and finishing services.
Consult with clients to understand their preferred hairstyle and recommend suitable styles.
Perform hair colouring, highlights, global colour, and basic colour correction.
Provide hair treatments such as hair spa, smoothening, keratin, and other treatments as per client requirements.
Perform hair washing, conditioning, and basic scalp-care services.
Stay updated with the latest hairstyles, colouring techniques, and salon trends.
Recommend suitable hair-care products and treatments to clients.
Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstation.
Handle customer queries and service-related concerns professionally.




Support other salon team members whenever required.

Requirements
Education: Diploma/Certificate in Hair Styling, Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty & Wellness, or a relevant professional course.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Hair Stylist/Hairdresser in a salon or beauty studio.
Strong knowledge of modern haircuts, styling, colouring, and hair treatments.
Good understanding of hair types and suitable styling techniques.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Professional grooming and a pleasant personality.
Ability to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.
