Daily Management & Operations
Monitor work progress and team performance.
Supervise laborers and coordinate subcontractors.
Assign daily tasks and organize work schedules.
Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
Safety & Compliance
Inspect the job site to find and fix hazards.
Enforce health and safety laws and proper gear use.
Train workers on safety protocols and emergency response.
Resources & Logistics
Manage material orders, deliveries, and inventory.
Check that tools and heavy machines work safely.
Report project updates and delays to upper management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
