Provide strategic leadership and drive overall business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Develop and execute business strategies across 3PL, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and supply chain operations.
Lead and oversee multiple branches and regional operations across India.
Drive revenue growth through recent client acquisition, key account management, and expansion of existing business.
Build robust relationships with major clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, cost optimisation, and achievement of business KPIs.
Lead and mentor senior management teams across operations, sales, finance, HR, and commercial functions.
Oversee budgets, P&L;, working capital, and overall financial performance.
Identify opportunities for network expansion, technology adoption, process improvement, and automation.
Ensure compliance, risk management, safety, and adherence to industry and regulatory standards.
Represent the organisation with key customers, industry partners, and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹8,000,000.00 per year
