We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our team and lead and coordinate community-based activities at our project in Thonakkal, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate social work and community development activities.
Assess community needs and support effective project implementation.
Coordinate with team members, beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Ensure activities are aligned with the organisation’s vision, mission and values.
Requirements
Master of Social Work (MSW) degree is required.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in social work, preferably with a leading NGO.
Robust understanding of community needs and project implementation.
Excellent communication,
leadership and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with a team.
Robust commitment to social service and community development.
Location & Perks
Project Location: Thonakkal, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
Accommodation and food provided.
The selected candidate should be willing to stay at the project facility and be fully involved in project activities.
