Manage overall laboratory operations.
Supervise and coordinate laboratory staff.
Monitor sample collection, processing and testing.
Ensure accuracy and quality of test results.
Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory.
Ensure QC procedures and laboratory SOPs are followed.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and Branch Head.
Monitor daily laboratory activities and reports.
Ensure laboratory safety and compliance.
