Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC systems.
Carry out electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and minor installations.
Handle plumbing repairs, leak rectification, and maintenance.
Inspect hotel facilities and identify maintenance requirements.
Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Maintain maintenance logs and report completed work.
Coordinate with hotel managers regarding maintenance schedules.
Travel to assigned hotel properties and stay in office when required until work is completed.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Travel Requirement
The technician will be based at one designated hotel/property.
Travel to other company-owned hotel locations will be required.




Assignments may require staying at another property for 2–3 days or longer depending on project requirements.
Travel, accommodation, and approved work-related expenses will be reimbursed/covered by the company.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in AC/HVAC maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of plumbing systems and repairs.
Ability to work independently and solve maintenance issues.
Basic understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
Valid driving license preferred.
Experience in hotels, resorts, commercial buildings, or facility management is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
