About the Role

We are looking for a goal-driven and energetic Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, answering questions, and closing sales or securing qualified leads.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a persuasive telephone manner, and a resilient mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Sales: Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote and sell products/services.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify prospects, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for senior sales representatives where required.
Customer Relations: Understand customer needs, answer questions, address objections, and recommend suitable solutions.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer interactions, sales status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Pipeline & Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics (KPIs).
Product Knowledge:



Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and current promotional deals.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a telesales executive, telemarketer, or similar customer service/sales role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a clear telephone voice.
Sales Aptitude: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and office software.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and maintain high call volume.
Education: High school diploma/GED required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
