Job Summary

Aatmanirbhar Solar Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Inside Sales / Sales Support) to support our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, prepare quotations, manage sales documentation, follow up on inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Generate leads through telecalling, follow-up calls, and customer engagement.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
Maintain customer records, sales documentation, and CRM/MIS reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Handle customer complaints, resolve queries, and provide after-sales support.
Schedule meetings, maintain sales records, and support promotional and marketing activities.




Perform administrative and back-office tasks related to sales operations.

Required Qualifications
Graduate, BBA, BE/B.Tech, or Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales Administration.
Experience in the Solar, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Renewable Energy industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
