We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
2–5 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and BOQ preparation
Valuable knowledge of quantity take-off from drawings, rate analysis, and cost estimation
Familiarity with civil, architectural, and interior works
Solid analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in tendering, billing, procurement support, and project cost control
Knowledge of MS Project, ERP software, or estimation software will be an added advantage
Familiarity with Government (PWD/CPWD/WRD) and private sector tenders
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed BOQs,
quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from drawings
Prepare rate analysis, tender documents, and bid submissions
Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors
Coordinate with the design and execution teams for technical clarifications
Monitor project costs and assist in budgeting and value engineering
Support procurement and contract documentation as required
Join our multidisciplinary consultancy and work on residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects while contributing to accurate project planning and cost management.
