Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join Lagnayojan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, building solid relationships, coordinating with the planning team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the initial inquiry through the successful completion of each event.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable event and wedding planning solutions.
Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients.
Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the planning team.
Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth communication.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.




Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Collect client feedback after events and maintain ongoing relationships.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
Experience in event management, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
Skilled, positive, and customer-centric attitude.
