Office timings: Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM

Stipend: ₹6,000 - ₹10,000 per month

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern who wants to work directly with the founder and gain exposure to startup operations, marketing, business strategy, AI tools, and international education.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the team on day-to-day business, operational, and strategic initiatives
Assist with hiring and recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining hiring trackers, and supporting onboarding
Coordinate with different teams to track tasks, deadlines, priorities, and project progress, ensuring important work moves forward on time
Manage and maintain internal project management and workflow tools, dashboards, trackers, and documentation




Support the execution of product, operations, marketing, sales, and business development initiatives as required
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other management-level documentation and analysis
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and help develop better systems, workflows, and automation
Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve internal processes, research, productivity, and business operations

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech, or related degree
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Comfortable working with Google Sheets, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, and AI tools
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership
Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment
Interest in international education, immigration, startups, marketing, or technology

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
