Job Summary:

The Injection Moulding Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire injection moulding production process, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and production targets. The role involves managing manpower, machines, materials, and processes to achieve optimal productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and control daily injection moulding production activities
Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines
Monitor machine performance, cycle times, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE)
Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance
Ensure proper mold setup, changeovers, and process optimization
Maintain product quality as per defined standards and specifications
Implement and monitor quality control systems and corrective actions
Optimize material usage and reduce wastage/scrap
Lead, supervise, and train production staff and operators
Ensure adherence to safety norms and company policies
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
Work closely with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams




Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.)

Required Skills & Competencies:
Solid knowledge of injection moulding processes and machinery
Experience in handling different types of polymers and molds
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Leadership and team management ability
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of quality standards and production planning
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Plastic Engineering or related field

Experience:
5–10 years of experience in injection moulding production
Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
